In a Forward Auction, a seller invites participants to bid for a cargo. In a Reverse Auction, a buyer invites participants to compete by offering the lowest price to supply a cargo.

Members may participate in an Auction when invited by the Auction Host and subject to meeting the platform's eligibility and counterparty requirements.

No. GlobalOre acts solely as the platform operator and is not a principal or counterparty to any transaction concluded between Members.

Yes. Transactions concluded through the platform are binding between the participating counterparties in accordance with the applicable contractual terms and Usage Rules.
